The service called fake mailer at http://emkei.cz/ can also be used for sending mails to the recipent purely anonymously and the main disadvantage of it is the mail which is sent is having huge chances of ending in spam

I've used Bigstring for the past couple of years however their service has declined considerably. I wouldn't rely on it for any important email as you can never be certain it actually arrives in the mailbox of the recipient. For the past month NONE of my recallable email is viewable by the recipients. Support, which in years past was tremendous - is now basically non-existent. I sincerely hope they get their act together. It's a unique and much needed service they're providing and is great when it works.
